Free Easter egg hunt Printables
Easter is in less than two weeks, and I already begin to have a few things ready for egg hunting. I designed this bunnies to decorate the backyard and to give Mia signs of where she should look for the eggs. At the beginning I thought I wanted them to be raised from the grass with wooden stakes, but it was not really necessary they look really cute standing directly on the grass. To make them, just download my free Easter egg hunt printable, print it on heavy card stock and cut around. You can tape bamboo skewers on the back, or you can glue them to presentation board and…

Kitten 1st birthday Party
Mia loves our cats and any other cat, she acts like a cat lol, she loves milk, cardboard boxes, treats, even cat toys! She also love pit balls. So her party was all about all her favorite things: cats and colorful pit balls. We didn’t have lots of guests for her party so we had a small cake (the bottom of the cake was fake) but I really wanted a two layer cake, in fact thank God I made that fake layer because about 2 hours before the party the backdrop smashed the cake and broke my cake stand, the fake layer survived just some minor scratches, and yes…

Roadtrip from Houston to Denver
Our very first family road trip was from Houston to Denver. It was AMAZING! I had never saw snow before so I was hoping to see at least a little bit of snow, and surprise…. the day we arrived at Denver a storm welcomed us 😊 Day 1 Denver is about 15-16 hours from Houston. We leave Houston around 4pm, and 8 1/2 hours later we arrive to our Hotel in Amarillo almost at midnight. DIY Furry wooden letters
I was looking forward to paint Mia’s nursery but honestly I ran out of time and energy. So I designed a quick, easy and super cheap alternative.I printed 2 different sizes of star shapes, cut them, trace them with pencil in presentation board, and then I cut them with an exacto knife. I used only one presentation board ($1) I bought the wooden letters at target for about $3 or $4 each one. And bought 3 different textures at Michael’s for about, sherpa was $7.00 but I used the 40% off coupon, the yarn was $3.49 and the sheet of felt $0.50 ( I don’t know why I didn’t think…

Furry, calming and cozy nursery
To decorate Mia’s room, I spent endless number of hours at Pinterest, trying to discover a theme for the room that I would loved, it was difficult because I wanted something cute but not super feminine (all pink with flowers, etc). After thousand hours :p in Pinterest, I made a collage with ideas and things that I liked. I want the nursery to be a cozy and calming space using neutral colors with a touch of pastels like pink and green mint. I also wanted to integrate “furry” animals like bears, sheep, cats, llamas and rabbits. 1. Sheepskin rug 2. Dream catcher mobile 3. Huge teddy bear 4.We…
