Hibiscus Mint popsicle recipe
- 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water to dissolve the gelatin
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp mint
Dissolve the gelatin with the 1/4 cup of water for at least 5 minutes it will become jelly-like mass. 2. Bring the water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar.3.Add the hibiscus flowers and mint to the saucepan turn off the heat and let the mixture steep 2 minutes. 4.Microwave the gelatin mixture for 8 seconds or until melts and dissolve it with the saucepan mix. Let the mixture steep 15 minutes and up to 1 hour for a stronger color and flavor.5. Once it's cooled, divide the mixture among the popsicle molds about 6 mid size popsicles. Let it freeze for at least 4 hours.
