    I have been craving this beef we usually ate at my mom’s house and it’s called carne fría “cold beef”, I haven’t been able to make it before because I wasn’t sure what type of beef I should use, the beef cuts in USA are really different from Latin America. After some research I found out I need to use Round Eye Beef. This recipe is really easy but must be prepared at least 8 hours before eating it.     Chocolate Chip cookies

    There are many versions and recipes for chocolate chip cookies, some are crispy others are softer, this recipe is the soft version but the taste is extremely addictive. On this occasion I made them for valentines day but you can adapt the decoration to any other occasion. 1 to 2 hours before starting the recipe, take out from the fridge the butter and 1 egg.
